How To Add Instagram Feed To Shopify

With people leaning more and more towards eCommerce, digital marketing is also changing. One of the things that carry a lot of power nowadays is Instagram. It’s a solid marketing channel — a way for brands to share product news, discounts, free products, and many more.

If you are using Shopify as your eCommerce platform, you can integrate your Instagram feed into your site. How do you add your Instagram feed to your Shopify site? The easiest thing to do is to use third-party applications.

There are numerous apps you can choose from; here are some of the top ones and how to use them:

1. TagEmbed

  • Install InstagramFeed by TagEmbed from the Shopify app store.
  • Click Create Widget, then Pick A Source and select Instagram.
  • Pick among your options to collect your feed: Hashtags, Handles, Mentions, or Tagged posts, then click Create Feed.
  • Next, select Embed Widget and choose Shopify.
  • Then, select Page and choose the location.
  • Finally, click Add to Pages, and you are good to go!

2. Flockler

  • Sign up for a free account with Flockler.
  • Go to the Automated Feeds section and gather images from your Instagram Business account or a hashtag.
  • Pick a layout: Grid, Social Wall, or Carousel.
  • Get the embed code and paste it to your chosen Shopify store page.

3. Taggbox

  • Go to the Shopify App Store and look for Taggbox Commerce.
  • Install the Taggbox app and open your account.
  • In the editor section, select Instagram.
  • Once the pop-up appears, choose from Handle, Stories, and Hashtag, then click Create Feed.
  • Select Automatic Publishing to place it at the top or bottom of any page, or use Manual Publishing and paste the HTML code on your chosen location.

Your website is a reflection of your business, so you should make sure it is engaging and attractive. Adding an Instagram feed is one great step towards that. Learn more about design elements by reading Page Kits’ guide on how to design an eCommerce website that converts.
