DMCA Takedown Policy

Pagekits respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, contributors, and content partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Pagekits will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a copyright infringement claim and the process for submitting a counter-notification.


Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on pagekits.com infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice.

To be effective, your notice must include all of the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including specific URL(s) on pagekits.com

Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may not be processed.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on pagekits.com was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (or the district where Pagekits is located if outside the United States) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant

Response to Counter-Notifications

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Pagekits may forward it to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be restored within 10–14 business days, at Pagekits’ discretion.


Repeat Infringer Policy

Pagekits maintains a policy of terminating access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers, where appropriate and consistent with applicable law.


Good-Faith Requirement

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal consequences under applicable law. Pagekits reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies for abuse of the DMCA process.


Modifications to This Policy

Pagekits reserves the right to modify this DMCA Takedown Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
