Black Dragon uses a fluid layout that stretches as the browser window is resized. This allows sites built with this template to look good and to be readable across all screen sizes, right down to 640x480 pixels.

Easy to Edit

All the text on the page is simply HTML text, so you don't need a graphics editor to change the headings or menu for example. Just open the page up in your favourite Web page editor (FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc.), select the old text and replace it with your own.

You can easily slot in your own logo or other heading image into the page header, replacing the "I Love This Site" text heading.

The template's HTML code was built by hand to ensure maximum compatibility across Web browsers and editors, and is well laid-out and fully commented for ease of maintenance.

Fully Web Standards Compliant

Black Dragon uses CSS positioning for layout and conforms to the XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS level 2 W3C standards. This ensures a high level of compatibility with today's and tomorrow's browsers.

The PageKit's home page template features a main content column on the left, and a sidebar area for promotions, news, adverts, and so on.

Use the inner page template to build the other pages of your site. The simple layout - main content on the left, sidebar on the right - gives you a lot of flexibility.

Both page templates feature an optional photos area that you can use to add visual impact to your pages. Each photo can optionally be followed by a text caption.

All non-header content areas - including the sidebar - automatically stretch vertically, ensuring that the Black Dragon template can accommodate as much content as you can throw at it.
